During the evaluation lesson our experienced Instructors will review and discuss pertinent Medical history including previous injuries or current aches and pains. Asses posture from the feet up assessing any physical and noticeable imbalances. Teach the form and fundamentals of basic Pilates exercises and make modifications based on the assessment results. Exercises are then taught on the various Pilates apparatus pending the individual and their specific needs and goals. During completion of the assessment we then discuss follow up appointment recommendations and customize a program including at home program in between studio sessions.
Join us for a specially developed Pilates program geared specific to the common issues of the Male posture. Men will stretch their hamstrings, low back and Pecs while strengthening the muscles of the core. This program will build stamina and strength while gaining flexibility in the legs and torso. This hour class is dedicated to MEN ONLY!
